Precision Rolls located in Grimsby, ON is currently recruiting a new Office Manager for their plant. This position provides full time hours Monday to Friday. Full training will be provided, but past administrative experience including purchasing and freight is preferred.
- Greet customers at door
- Answer telephone, take messages
- Input data into computer using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Filing of all documents
- ISO certification standards and procedures
- Addressing Health and Safety Issues for company
- Purchasing of supplies, both for office and shop
- Responsibility of shop maintenance, i.e. employee uniforms, shop supplies
- Issuing purchase orders, receiving of purchase orders, material, shipping of small orders
- Arranging freight for shipments to the United States/Canada
- Doing whatever miscellaneous request is given in order to keep office and shop running smoothly
- Issuing WSIB claims
- Other duties as required
- Knowledge of shop program E2/Job Boss
- Knowledge of issuing Customs paperwork using Smart Web
- Strong computer skills specifically Microsoft Office programs
- Able to work independently
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Prior office administration experience
- Purchasing experience is an asset
- Arranging freight deliveries is an asset
